100% 'Green' Harley-Davidson Lifetime Oil Filter and add 8 more Horsepower to your engine

Green Oil Filter

By Diana Rowe

Imagine an oil filter 100 percent reusable, guaranteed for life, with nothing to throw away. No, it's not a flashback to the Jetson cartoons; it's brand new, reusable and fits
all Harley-Davidson Big Twin EVO style or twin cam engines, and XL Sportster models late 84 and later - and Scooter Trash Custom Cycles is an exclusive dealer for the manufacturer, Whiteknuckle Customs.

"This oil filter is guaranteed for the life of your motorcycle," according to Bogart from Scooter Trash. "It uses a stainless steel mesh screen that you simply pull out, clean, and reinstall. You will never spend $15 for a chrome filter again, just to throw it in the trash. These filters have much better filtration than normal filters. They increase horsepower, with a much faster flow."

Dyno tests of up to 8 HP confirm that it does indeed increase horsepower. The manufacturer says that "this system is a reusable/washable oil filter that never has to be discarded.  It utilizes micronic mesh to filter particles out of the oil that are less than half the size of normal oil filters. Further, in the top of the filter are three strong magnets which grab large particles before they even reach the filter surface.  In the bottom is a safety automatic pressure by pass valve should the filter ever clog. (This feature is standard in all filter systems.)"

Bogart says, "One guy emailed me to say that he loves the filter, is getting smoother idle and better throttle response. I've actually received comments ranging from better gas mileage up to 5 miles or so more to more torque and the bike running 10-12 degrees cooler."

No need to buy another tool as the purchase includes its own filter wrench, yet it's easily removed with a socket extension via the square hole machine into the end.

In addition to online sales at ebay.com and at Scooter Trash, Bogart also takes his show to the road, selling these reusable HD oil filters at 15 shows a year. He reports that he's sold hundreds, and reminds bikers that the oil filter is guaranteed for the life of your motorcycle
- plus it's environmental conscious!
